- The robot ultrasonic welding machine is equipped with an external home position detection and an internal home position signal to ensure safety in case of abnormalities.
- Tool detection – ultrasonic system fault detect,machine will stop running and send out alarm when the fault happened.
- Energy converter will be installed at the same angle during the replacing process. Robot automatically return to the home position in case of abnormal robot operation (e.g. pause, detection of anomalies, ultrasonic alarm, safety door open, emergency stop, etc.)
- HMI has the welding points skipping function,user may skip or resume the welding work of any single welding point.
- The robot welding machine is equipped with a tooling recognition function, which uses a heavy load to identify the different tooling and automatically select the welding recipe.
- The upper clamps on the tooling, etc. can be opened and closed manually in manual mode.
- The robot ultrasonic welding machine’s HMI has an I/O screen, the robot welding equipment will send out alarm and stop operation if signal is not reached.
- Tooling is equipped with part presence detection.If new part is not loaded after the welded part is removed, the robotic welding machine will stop running and send out the alarm of ‘part presence detection failed’.
- The carter and welding head will be cooled down by air after the ultrasonic welding is finished.
- The Robotic Welding Automation has a tooling recognition function, which is achieved by different coding and wiring of the aviation plug. And automatically select the robot cutting and welding program.
