Service&Support
Whenever You Need us, We’re Here Waiting For You.

International After-Sales Support
Jfortune supports international equipment projects through its own project team, remote technical specialists and local after-sales resources. We have local after-sales agents in Germany, Hungary, South Africa, India and Mexico. Depending on the machine, location and agreed service scope, these agents can help coordinate local technical support and engineer arrangements.
For every project, Jfortune remains the responsible customer contact. Our team collects the fault information, coordinates the relevant manufacturing base or technical specialist, follows open actions and keeps the customer informed until the next step is clear.
24-Hour Technical Support and Remote Diagnosis
Technical support requests can be submitted 24 hours a day through email, phone, WhatsApp, WeChat or Teams/Zoom meetings. For efficient diagnosis, customers should provide the machine serial number, alarm information, photos or video, recent operating conditions and any actions already taken.
Remote diagnosis is normally the first step. Our team can review machine status, controls, tooling movement, process settings and suspected components through video communication. This helps determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely, whether parts are required or whether project-specific on-site service should be arranged.
Warranty, Spare Parts and Lifetime Maintenance
The warranty period, covered components and service conditions are confirmed in the quotation and contract for each machine. For failures confirmed as covered by warranty, Jfortune supplies the required replacement parts free of charge in accordance with the agreed warranty terms. Consumables, damage caused by misuse, freight, travel and items outside the warranty scope are handled according to the contract or quoted separately.
Lifetime maintenance means that Jfortune continues to coordinate technical support, parts identification and maintenance solutions throughout the equipment service life. After the warranty period, replacement parts and on-site services are quoted according to the actual requirement.
On-Site Service, Installation and Training
Installation preparation, commissioning, operator training and on-site service are arranged according to the individual project. Jfortune can coordinate its international project team, the relevant manufacturing base and local after-sales resources. Travel, visa, accommodation, translation, included working days and other site conditions are confirmed before dispatch.
Training may include equipment operation, tooling changeover, process checks, routine maintenance, alarm handling and safe shutdown procedures. English manuals, training videos and remote sessions can be provided according to the delivered machine scope.
Delivery Schedule and Pre-Delivery Checks
Standard equipment is typically prepared in approximately 45–60 days, while customized equipment may require approximately 60–90 days. The exact schedule starts after the technical scope, drawings, samples, commercial terms and required approvals are confirmed, and the contractual delivery date always takes precedence.
Before shipment, the machine is reviewed against the agreed project scope. Depending on the equipment, checks may include safety functions, tooling movement, repeated production cycles, sample quality, documentation and open-item closure. See our machine delivery inspection process for more information.
