Plastic Joining and Lamination Applications

Jfortune equipment is configured around the part, material, joint or covering process and required production sequence. Automotive interior projects such as door panels, dashboards, consoles and armrests can be reviewed through our automotive lamination machine solutions.

For bumpers and exterior trim, punching, cutting, staking and localized assembly may be combined in a dedicated car bumper punching and welding machine. Automotive lighting housings can use hot plate, infrared, thermal radiation or laser processes depending on the resin, joint design, appearance and leak-test requirements.

Large thermoplastic tanks, pallets and industrial housings may be candidates for hot plate welding or vibration welding. Multi-step cells can also integrate handling, inspection and robot welding automation.
