Jfortune Factory and Project Workflow

This factory tour introduces the working environment used to review customer parts, develop tooling concepts, assemble equipment and perform machine debugging. The photographs show real equipment and production areas; they should be used together with project-specific technical discussions rather than treated as generic proof of unsupported capacity or certification.

From Engineering Review to Machine Assembly

A typical project starts with part drawings, materials, samples, output targets and quality requirements. The team then evaluates the welding or lamination process, fixture access, machine layout, controls, guarding and inspection needs before equipment assembly and software debugging.

Testing and Delivery Inspection

Before shipment, the agreed acceptance plan can cover safety functions, repeated automatic cycles, recipe and changeover checks, dimensional results, appearance, weld strength, leak or pressure testing and documentation where applicable. Criteria must be defined for the actual customer part.

Arrange a Remote or On-Site Review

Visit the project management page to understand the workflow, review machine delivery inspection, or use the contact page to arrange a video factory tour and discuss your project.
