Jfortune equipment is divided into standard machine and customized machine according to customer requirement. The equipment is also divided into plastic welding machines and automotive interior parts lamination machines. Conventional standard welding machines like vibration welding machine or hot plate welding machine takes 20-30 days as we have some stock in our factory, the welding tool takes about 40-45 days, and other equipment takes 2-3 months, more complicated machines takes about 4-6months.This is based on your requirements and machine complication.
There are several types of transportation, sea, air, and express
1. lf it is a small device or machine accessory and requires fast speed, we can provide door-to-door service by air and express, the normal transportation cycle is 5-10 days.
2. lf it is container equipment, it is more appropriate to choose the sea shipping method. The normal transportation cycle is 20-40days.

1.Jfortune provides free installation guidance and 12 months product warranty service. During the warranty service period, if there is an equipment problem, we provide free equipment repair or replacement services. lf it is a manual operation, a fee will be charged. We can provide the required equipment replacement. - We provide life-long after-sales service. Jfortune has a full set of equipment and accessories, which can be replaced. Don’t worry about the failure of after-sales and maintenance.
- During the warranty period, Jfortune provides all kinds of professional technical support, and if necessary. We also provide remote video guidance services.
- After the warranty period, Jfortune also provides life-long after-sales maintenance, which requires a certain amount of manual service. There are also many matching accessories that can be replaced, so there is no need to worry about the later operation of the equipment.

Remote video installation guidance. lf it is a large piece of equipment and the customer needs to install it by himself, then we will also provide free remote installation guidance service, but we need to plan a good time, within our working hours. Our working hours are from 9 o’clock to 17 o’clock Beijing time
3. We send workers to install it. This needs to be based on the size of the project. lf we have been designated to install it in the early stage, the installation service abroad will belong to our scope of work, and no additional charge is required.

For conventional equipment, Jfortune has standardized equipment. For large customized equipment like door panel production line, we can design a process that meets the needs according to different customer’s requirements.
At the same time, we carry out three-dimensional drawing designs according to different requirements and then communicate with customers to confrm.
After the design confrmation is completed, we then proceed to custom processing. So you don’t have to worry about our design and production capacity. We will provide you with the most professional technical support.
*Three-color warning light: The red light is on when the plastic welding machine or automotive interior parts lamination machine is running, and the green light is on during normal operation. The yellow light is on when it is paused or not working.
*Emergency stop switch: Press the emergency stop switch in any emergency to stop the operation.
*Safety curtain: When working, any item (including any part of the body) enters the inside of the plastic welding machine, the plastic welding machine immediately alarms and stops running.
