What is an Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine?

2、Operation processes
1.Check all the things need to do before starting work.
2. Start power supply, set parameter and reset the machine
3.Put instrument panel in the fixture
4. Operator exit the safe area, the start button.
5. Nest and work piece slide to welding station
6. Welding unit down
7. Welding unit weld according to parameters that has set
8. Finish welding
9. Welding Nest and welded part slide out of welding station, and stop at starting position, unload the part and then recycle.
