Heat Staking and Ultrasonic Welding Machine

- Each machine is prepared according to the majority of hot riveting points and ultrasonic welding points (i.e. welding front door or back door panel). The machine has the tool change function.
Heat Staking Welding Unit
Each heat staking welding point is welded by an independent welding unit, and each welding unit can be adjusted in front, rear, left and right directions; high and low to make up for the error caused by shrinkage, deformation of the product. The temperature of each welding unit is controlled independently, and different welding temperature can be set according to different welding points.
Ultrasonic Welding Unit
The cylinder is used as the power source of welding unit to drive the welding unit and move down.In order to prevent the welding unit from interfering with each other, this equipment designed a multi-station mobile welding unit, and the position of the mobile station was controlled by pneumatic system.In order to ensure the cooling speed after welding, the equipment is equipped with a cold air system.
