How to unload the toolings, since it is too big and heavy?
1. Slide table slides into tool change position
2. The upper tool is lowered to the set position, the tool change guide pillar supports the upper tool, and the upper slide rises after manually removing the upper tool fixing screws.(we can customize quick change function)
3. The upper tool returns to its position and the lower slider slides out.

For products with special welding structure, due to the special nature of the hot tool, we generally use the replacement of the heat conduction plate to achieve compatibility with a variety of products. For 9 feet products we will design 9 small heating plates to reduce power consumption.
