The packaging process itself is a detailed endeavor. We engage an export packing company to precisely measure the machine and prepare for its unique dimensions and weight. Typically, it takes about a week to ready the necessary materials, such as a sturdy wooden box and waterproof cloth, for the machine’s protection.

At the same time, we will discuss the freight cost with our forwarder or the customer’s forwarder. Provide detailed package information and the estimated time of departure (ETD) to our customer, ensuring all parties are well-informed.

The actual packaging of the plastic welding machine is a delicate operation. we will disassemble some parts of the machine, prepare the spare parts, and package them well inside the machine; The most important step is to use mechanical parts to fix the inside structure of the machine, which will prevent the inside machine’s parts from dropping down. Additionally, the application of rust-proof oil is a critical step to protect the machine from corrosion too.

Upon completion of the packaging, each wooden box is marked with a shipping label. We take the extra step of sharing photos of the secured boxes inside the container with our customers for added assurance.

An essential aspect of this process is informing the customer about the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and providing a detailed PowerPoint file highlighting the areas fixed in the machine. This information is vital to avoid any operational issues that might arise if the machine is run without first disassembling these fixed parts.

Lastly, the preparation of detailed customs declaration and clearance documents is taken care of, ensuring a smooth process at the destination port. We also remind our customers to initiate customs clearance 1-2 weeks in advance of the machine’s arrival to avoid any delays.
