ToggleWhat is hot plate plastic welding machine?
Servo hot plate plastic welding machine, which serves to heat the surface of the individual components to be connected in the desired welding area and plasticize them. Subsequently the two separate components are extruded and welded by a vertical upper tool and a lower lift table. The hot plate plastic welding machine has an upper tool and a lower tool in which the respective components are fixed.
Safety and Protective Device
The safety device is part of the hot plate plastic welding machine status. They serve to protect life, health and safety. If the safety device fails, the action is careless and faulty.
- Safety Circuit
The hot plate plastic welding machine is fitted with the following safety circuits:
- Access door safety switch
- Emergency stop button for operator’s position, distributed below the operator’s table and HMI operation panel.
- Safety grating at operator’s position.

Transmission Unit (Actuating Device)
Risk of damaging/extruding the transmission unit Risk of squeezing between the upper and lower dies Risk of die feeding movement
- Horizontal Transmission Unit
Horizontal movement: through reducer, the servo motor transmits the power to the gear rack mechanism to drive the hot die sliding table to move horizontally. The gear rack transmission is characterized by high load bearing and high transmission precision.
