Because the time of manual loading and unloading of parts is not controllable, the cycle cannot be evaluated for the manual time. The ultrasonic generator system of the equipment can be added to reduce the welding cycle.

Start button, the upper tool goes down 3S
The upper tool down, ultrasonic cylinder down for several times, and the welding is carried out for XXs in sequence(depends on how many ultrasonic generators)
After the welding is completed, the ultrasonic cylinder is reset, and the upper tool up 5s
